We require credit card details to secure your booking. All prices listed on this website include a 5% discount for cash payment (a purchase discount). (Credit Card Authorization form: Word Format or PDF)

Required Documents — These must be completed before your dive.

The following forms are required for a booking. Please make sure that everyone who is going on the trip fills out a medical form if over 65 years old or has a medical condition that has changed since last diving and has it printed and with them, or that it is completed and emailed in advance of the scheduled dive. The boat release must be completed as well.

1. Medical Form: Required for all PADI Diving Courses

2. Credit Card Authorization form: Word Format or PDF

3. Boat Release form — 1 per person on the trip

Cancellation Policy

Due to the exclusive service that we provide, and the extremely low numbers on the boat, cancellations and reservation changes can harm our business. Therefore we have a 48-hour cancellation policy for the full amount. Thank you for your understanding.

We look forward, together with PADI — the largest certification agency in the world — to being with you on your underwater adventure. However, please note that due to allocation of instructors, should you fail to show up for an appointment or request a change of date and/or time less than 48 hours prior to the confirmed date and/or time for any part of your PADI Instruction, you will be charged an additional $100 rescheduling fee, per person, to the cost of the package or course.
